How Rizin Works
Rizin is your AI personal trainer. You answer a few questions, your full workout and nutrition plan is generated in minutes, and the plan adapts every week based on what you actually did. Available on the web at rizin.app — iOS app coming soon.
Step 1: 5-minute conversational onboarding
Tell the AI coach your goals, training history, available equipment, weekly schedule, and any injuries. There are no long forms — it’s a chat. The coach asks follow-up questions to fill in anything that matters for safety or programming.
Step 2: Your adaptive plan is generated
Rizin builds a personalized workout split, calculates your calorie and macro targets, and locks in any injury or pregnancy safety constraints before saving the plan. You see the full week up front, with rest days and progressions already mapped out.
Step 3: Train, log, eat
Run guided workout sessions with built-in timers and exercise videos. Log meals by photo, barcode, or text. The AI coach is available 24/7 to answer questions, swap exercises, or adjust your plan on the fly.
Step 4: The plan adapts every week
Rizin reads your logged sessions, effort, soreness, and consistency. If you’re recovering well it adds volume or load. If you’re fatigued or skipping, it dials intensity back and reshapes the week. You don’t manage the plan — the coach does.
